DATA DELETION

You can ask Owini to delete your information at any time.

DEALERSHIPS AND OWINI USERS

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your Owini account, with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only a connected account (Facebook, Instagram or Google) disconnected.
  2. We confirm the request by email and complete it within 30 days. We will tell you if the law requires us to keep any record, such as billing history.
  3. You will receive a confirmation when deletion is complete.

DISCONNECT FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM

  • In Owini: Settings > Integrations > Facebook / Instagram > Disconnect. This removes our access and deletes the stored connection.
  • In Facebook: Settings and privacy > Settings > Business integrations > select Owini > Remove. To also delete the data Owini received, email [email protected] and we will remove our copies.

DISCONNECT GOOGLE

CUSTOMERS OF A DEALERSHIP

If you are a customer of a car dealership that uses Owini, contact that dealership to delete your information, or email [email protected] and we will help the dealership complete your request.
